Option B – Courier Pickup

We can arrange a pickup from your location. After receiving and checking the item, the issue will be resolved within 24–48 hours.

All returned items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories included
  • In unused condition

5. Important Conditions

  • No support for change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Item must be returned in original condition
  • Missing parts or damage may affect eligibility for a solution
