You may return the item to our warehouse:

After inspection, a suitable solution will be provided within 24 hours.
Option B – Courier Pickup
We can arrange a pickup from your location. After receiving and checking the item, the issue will be resolved within 24–48 hours.
All returned items must be:
- In original packaging
- With all accessories included
- In unused condition
5. Important Conditions
- No support for change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Item must be returned in original condition
- Missing parts or damage may affect eligibility for a solution
